Jika kamu gunakan skill ini pada monster maka INT monster tersebut akan menurun 40% untuk sementara waktu.
Kemungkinan berhasil dipengaruhi oleh level skill dan DEX.

Against monsters, this will decrease their INT by 40% temporarily.
it does not affect the SP of the monster.
Both Base Chance and Base Duration are affected by the difference between both the user's and target's DEX. (Chance, Duration).

and caster's DEX affect chance of success.
